1. How IDjpg Uses AI

IDjpg uses advanced generative AI models to perform text-to-image and image-to-image generation — a technology that creates new images from text descriptions (text-to-image) or transforms existing images in creative ways (image-to-image, style transfer).

Our AI models are designed and trained to:

• Generate images from text descriptions (text-to-image)
• Transform existing images through style transfer and creative editing (image-to-image)
• Support a curated collection of top-tier AI models for different creative scenarios
• Provide image restoration, upscaling, and enhancement capabilities

IDjpg's AI uses generative image models: given a text prompt (text-to-image) or a source image (image-to-image), the AI generates new image content. This is generative AI in the fullest sense — the output may contain content not present in any input image. IDjpg implements content policy safeguards to prevent harmful use of this generative capability.

2. What IDjpg Does NOT Do

It is important to clarify the boundaries of our AI capabilities:

• No text-to-video generation: IDjpg does not generate video content from text
• No face swapping: IDjpg does not provide face swapping or facial reenactment technology
• No deepfake generation: IDjpg does not create or facilitate deepfake content
• No voice cloning: IDjpg does not process audio or voice content
• No user-uploaded models: Users cannot upload custom AI models or training datasets
• No user fine-tuning: Users cannot fine-tune our AI models with their own data

3. AI Safety and Responsible Use

IDjpg implements several measures to ensure our AI technology is used responsibly:

3.1 Purpose Limitation

Our AI models are designed and trained for creative image generation (text-to-image and image-to-image). Because these are generative models, the output may contain synthesized content. To keep the service safe, we enforce a comprehensive Content Policy, prohibit deepfakes and other harmful uses, and apply content moderation to user inputs and outputs.

3.2 Content Policy Enforcement

We maintain and enforce a comprehensive Content Policy that prohibits the use of our service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. We implement automated content moderation measures to detect and prevent prohibited content. Accounts found violating these policies are subject to suspension or termination.

3.3 User Controls

Users have full control over what areas of their images are processed. Images and processed results are deleted immediately after processing. No user content is retained or stored beyond the processing session.

4. Transparency and Disclosure

IDjpg is transparent about its use of AI technology:

• Our website and marketing materials clearly describe the AI-powered nature of our service
• We do not misrepresent AI-processed images as authentic unmodified photographs
• Our Terms of Service and Content Policy are publicly available

5. Compliance with EU AI Act

IDjpg acknowledges the evolving regulatory landscape for artificial intelligence, including the EU AI Act. Based on our current understanding of the regulatory framework:

5.1 Risk Classification

As a generative image platform, IDjpg acknowledges that transparency obligations under the EU AI Act apply to our service. We disclose the AI-generated nature of our outputs, implement content policy safeguards, and continuously monitor regulatory developments. IDjpg does not fall within the prohibited AI categories contemplated by the EU AI Act, and we do not engage in high-risk use cases such as biometric categorization or social scoring.

5.2 Transparency Obligations

IDjpg's AI generates new image content from text prompts or source images. Outputs are AI-generated and should be treated as such. We comply with applicable transparency and labeling obligations for AI-generated content and encourage users to disclose the AI-generated nature of images where material.

We voluntarily commit to transparent disclosure of our AI capabilities and limitations, as outlined in this statement.

5.3 Ongoing Monitoring

We continuously monitor regulatory developments in AI governance and will update our practices as legal requirements evolve.

6. Content Authenticity

IDjpg does not apply watermarks to processed images. The platform processes images as uploaded and preserves existing metadata where technically feasible.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use images they upload and prompts they submit. IDjpg does not encourage or facilitate the creation of deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or the removal of copyright protection measures from copyrighted content without authorization.

7. Model Training and Data

IDjpg's AI models are trained using lawfully obtained datasets. We do not use user-uploaded images to train or improve our AI models unless explicit, informed consent is obtained from users. User privacy and data rights are respected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Continuous Improvement

AI technology and its regulatory landscape are rapidly evolving. IDjpg is committed to:
